Daingean Co. Offaly hosted an excellant heritage day on June 20th and a report and some pictures can be seen here.

The ever popular Shannon Harbour Canal Boat Rally reached its 41st year with Rambler as the Commodore's boat. Read all about the weekend as told by Giles of the barge Hawthorn.

Jamestown 2012 is almost upon us and pretty soon boats will be heading there. This time around it is a week -long event and details are on their web-site. On July 4th a very successful launch event was conducted on the water with the very capable Moon River the venue for the evening. Have a look at the report and pictures here.
