A legend in early canal boat restoration and putting them to good use. His Weaver Boats fleet included 34.M / 40.M / 42.M and 47.M and he raised the sunken 45.M in 1975. He influenced others to rescue and restore the wonderful fleet of ex-workboats which can be seen today.
