The last week of the trip was marked with some more windy days with the fleet leaving Belleek in stages to catch weather windows and small groups making staged journeys down the lake towards Enniskillen. A complete length of jetty was reserved for us in town and 4E was releived of her bollinder cargo at Portora and it's installation in WI headquarters was completed.

On Saturday morning the teenagers marched through Enniskillen behind a large Currach which was being launched as part of a cancer support campaign. At the "Round O" the launch ceremony took place amidst a sizeable supporting crowd.

In the afternoon some of the fleet assembled at the jetties behind the WI HQ and the scene was set for the reception hosted by WI. The Bollinder display was admired, as was the video commissioned by WI on the HBA Erne trip. A few words were said and too soon the evening ended and boats retreated to overnight moorings.

A very successful month on the Erne system drew to a close and some boats moved considerable distances homewards on the Sunday. Our thanks to all involved in the venture and hopefully the return trip will not be too far away. JT.
