The Carlow Photographic Society in conjunction with the Eigse Carlow Arts Festival will be having an exhibition titled ‘What the River means to me’, to celebrate 220 years of the Barrow Navigation. Some of the photographers have met up with the Heritage Boat Association along the river and have kindly allowed us use some of their pictures.
